We are a certified Bosch, Shimano, and Powerplay Service Centre

We will also work on select other brands. Please enquire with our service team.

For brands outside our service list we can still perform regular cycle services and tune ups for the mechanical components.

Converted E-bikes

Under no circumstances will we service any traditional bike that has been converted to an e-bike.

E-bike Batteries

For an e-bike battery to remain in the store it must be UL2271 and UL2849 certified.

This certification must be easily identifiable.

Due to insurance reasons, if we can't identify certification status we will ask you to remove the battery.

Non-certified batteries cannot remain in the store.

General Policies

We reserve the right to decline to service any bike that doesn't meet professional or safety standards.
